Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy

The goal is to establish Well Partner as a recognized leader in occupational health & safety at all our work locations. The business success of Well Partner AS depends on our ability to continually improve the quality of our services and products whilst protecting people and the environment. We believe this commitment is in the best interest of our customers, our employees and the communities in which we live and work.

HOW TO OBTAIN OUR OBJECTIVES?

• The “Zero Mindset Philosophy” is the basis for our HSSE Policy.
• Minimize impact on the environment through pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, and the reduction and recycling of waste.
• Protect and strive for improvement of health, safety and security of our people at all times.
• Require active commitment and accountability to HSSE from all our partners, client employees, subcontractors and vendors. Management shall take on a clear leadership role in the communication and implementation of HSSE policies and standards.
• Continuously improve our work products in relation to the working environment and occupational health standards.
• A fundamental principle within the company is that the employer shall have influence in matters concerning HSSE and actively contributes (‘lead by example’) to the development of the HSSE culture.
• All employees are responsible to eliminate Quality non-conformances and HSSE accidents in our daily work.
• Meeting customer specified requirements to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Be active and communicate lessons learned and incident reports to other company employees.
• Set Quality & HSSE performance objectives, measure results, assess and continually improve processes, services and product quality, through the use of an effective management system.
• Have plans in place to respond and recover from any emergency, crisis and business disruption.
• Apply our technical skills to all HSSE aspects in the design and engineering of our services and products.
