WellPartner Technology department is dedicated to engineering- and development of innovative and high quality solutions with special focus on subsea-, wellbore entry-, and handling equipment. Project teams aim at innovative and environmental friendly solutions with reduced risk and cost to comply with common goals as related to HSSE and increased recovery.

A highly skilled in-house engineering group, assisted by operational staff, is utilized to prepare unique solutions to help customers meet their goals. The WellPartner operational staff comprises personnel with several decades of experience from oil field operations related to subsea- and fixed platform developments, within segments such as drilling-, completion-, well intervention-, and subsea operations and equipment. Overall project quality is maintained by a management group with a high level of experience gathered over several years in technology driven operations and R&D environments in the oil field.

The unique mixture of operational- and high competence engineering staff together with an experienced project management, provides leading edge solutions which are continuously tested towards operational applicability throughout the project stages, ensuring that end products are designed in accordance with operational limitations of the main objective.

The WellSafe Bail system is currently under development. The WellSafe Bail system is
developed for Semisubersible drilling rigs and shall function as a riser safeguard and weaklink system
during subsea well testing, Subsea completions, well cleanup and riser based intervention operations. The system will be a significant contribution to safety in "locked to bottom" type operations from floating rigs.
