WellPartner agreement with rig consortium
WellPartner has signed a new rental agreement with the Borgland Dolphin Consortium. The Scope of work for the rental agreement is rental and maintenance of the premium 5 7/8" Landing String for a period of 822 days. The Landing string will be used for running of wellhead, casing and liner hangers.The Borgland Dolphin Consortium members involved in this rental agreement are Nexen Exploration Norge AS, OMV Norge AS, Wintershall Norge ASA, EON Ruhrgas Norge AS, Front Exploration AS and Rocksource ASA.

New Contract awarded to WellPartner
WellPartner AS has signed a 4 year (+ 2x2 years option) HP-Riser service agreement with Talisman Energy Norge AS. WellPartner AS will safeguard, maintain and operate the Talisman Energy Norge AS owned 5kpsi, HP-Riser system for this period, and will be responsible for planning and execution of all upcoming HP-Riser operations for Talisman Energy Norge AS.Talisman currently operates 6 subsea wells on REV and YME, and WellPartner AS expects both new wells and workover operations for the next 4 years.
First planned operation is a Workover on REV in Q4-2011. WellPartner AS has already started the preparations for this operation.
We are very pleased with this contract award and think it confirms that WellPartner AS, through our strong performance for DONG E&P Norge AS, is an important player in the growing Norwegian HP-Riser service market.
