Administrativ/teknisk støtte

Arbeidsoppgaver vil blant annet være å tilrettelegge interne HR- og administrative rutiner, koordinering mot regnskap(timelister,inn og utgående faktura), oppdateringer av web sider og interne dokumentdatabaser, utarbeide presentasjoner og tilbud, diverse innkjøp og support til "Business Development Team".

Det stilles krav til gode kunnskaper i Microsoft Office-pakken og generelt gode it-kunnskaper. Det vil være en fordel om du har jobbet administrativt innenfor oljesektoren eller har god erfaring som sekretær/administrativ støtte.

WellPartner implements a new HSE&Q management system

WellPartner just established a new HSEQ system in the company, delivered by Antenor Management System (AMS).

AMS is the most complete HSEQ management system available. Each module is customised to the specific clients needs and requirements. In every module you find a report generator providing the user with detailed reports and statistics to their needs.

Use of Antenor Management System is according to requirements
in Internal Control Regulations, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and NORSOK S006. The system can also be tailored to meet any other standard requirements.
